Poco Beauty is a young Irish cosmetics brand with a clean, minimal aesthetic, but its Instagram lacked the engaging visual storytelling seen in leading beauty brands. I took the initiative to redesign its social media content, creating a cohesive visual narrative that elevated product desirability and reflected a deeper understanding of brand strategy beyond just aesthetics.

I began by researching how top beauty and fashion brands like Fenty Beauty, Kylie Cosmetics, Victoria Beckham Beauty, and Cult Gaia captivate audiences on Instagram through bold imagery, cohesive storytelling, and a clear, consistent visual style. I was particularly inspired by Cult Gaia’s artful, narrative-driven feed and noted how brands like Fenty Beauty emphasize diversity and authenticity. Drawing from these insights, I set out to apply similar principles to Poco Beauty’s content — creating visuals that were not only aesthetically appealing but also told a compelling story and reinforced the brand’s identity.

Leveraging Poco Beauty’s clean, modern aesthetic and confident, inclusive tone, I designed a series of Instagram posts that combined visual storytelling, thoughtful layout, and product-focused branding to create striking, cohesive content with a polished, high-end feel.
